There are no yoga classes during mid-term break.
Classes are back again from Monday 6th November
The Yoga room in the Inisfallen Hotel is not available due to closure in mid week.
The wednesday classes have moved to Ashborough Lodge in Milltwon.

The breathing techniques, "Pranayama", greatly improve the quality of breathing and correct poor breathing habits.
The Yoga Nidra or deep relaxation at the end of each class releases deep tension, calms & relaxes the mind & whole nervous system and this brings deep relaxation and the feeling of well-being.
